A simple tool for when your head's full and your fuse is short. You don’t have to fix everything. Just get grounded and take the next step.

Pick one or two. Doesn’t have to be fancy — just do something.

đź§ Grounding (Try these if you feel scattered or overwhelmed):
- Box Breathing: Inhale 4 seconds → hold 4 → exhale 4 → hold 4. Repeat for a few rounds.
- 5-4-3-2-1 Senses: Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.

đź’Ş Movement (For when your body needs to move the stress out):
- Lift something heavy — a weight, a backpack, a box.
- Take a walk outside (no phone).
- Do 10 pushups or stretch your arms and neck.

đź§Š Cold Reset (Short-circuits the stress response):
- Splash cold water on your face.
- Stand outside and feel the breeze.
- Hold an ice cube or sip a cold drink — focus on the feeling.

đź—Ł Expression (Let the pressure out):
- Talk it out — even if it's yelling in your car or ranting to your voice notes.
- Write down what’s in your head, then rip it up.
- Blast a song and sing or yell along like no one’s watching.
Zone Out Zone
When your brain won’t shut up, give it something to mess with. Not everything needs to be deep. Sometimes your head just needs a break.
- 🎨 Doodle Starters: draw a random shape and make it something, draw your dream garage, comic strip your day
- ✍️ Quick Write: One thing I like about myself today / Something that doesn’t suck / A place I want to go
